Mila comes to town!

Natasha and Christian came to Phoenix for Thanksgiving!! They traveled with their little baby girl, Mila, who was only 3 and a half months at the time. Although they stayed just a few days, the 5 of us covered a lot of ground. We spent Thanksgiving at our place and enjoyed the usual fixings. And then this tiny baby did an epic, quick road trip. We drove to Flagstaff on day 1 (2.5-3 hours). But not before stopping in Sedona for a few short hikes. The red rock there is gorgeous. And on day 2, we drove to the Grand Canyon! Not only did Mila see one of the Seven Wonders of the World, she 'hiked' down into a bit (okay, Christian carried her). But it is just the start of her adventures to come! And we drove back, all in one day (just over 5 hours driving). Mila was a trooper! We were happy to be able to hang with family for the holiday and provide the needed sunshine oasis.
